How are you celebrating the 4Th of July? The tables been set , the flags are out and the hamburgers are ready!! Its time for an all American cook-out except here in Australia its 12 degrees but I'm sure over in the US the sun is shinning! Were having burgers, potato salad and corn for dinner. American burgers are far better
than the ones we have here in OZ. The American burgers I made have only meat, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in them. But Aussie burgers have meat, eggs, breadcrumbs etc etc..... everything here is padded out to make it go further! Yuck, keep it simple! Aussies think they are the best at BBQ, not so, you cant beat burgers, dogs and ribs!! Go Yankees!! I've also made a very special desert, its an old diner recipe, Peanut Butter pie. Yum!! Its basically a peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake on a yummy chocolate biscuit base. And we will wash it all down with some Kool- Aid!! Yum!!
Well i better run I've got to heat up the barbie and put on some lippie before the chief comes home!! Have a great 4Th of July everyone!!!!
